Biography
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, he started to play guitar at the age of 14, self taught. It wasn't until the age of 17 when enrolled in the conservatory of music "Escuela Superior de Música José Angel Lamas", in his hometown.
He learned classical guitar from his teacher, Professor Jose Luis Presa, (who was a student of the late and famous classical guitar player Antonio Lauro), along music theory. At the same time he was curious about jazz and progressive music so he attend some classes with Alvaro Falcón (a renowned guitarist in his country and Latin America), and studied electric guitar techniques from several books and educational videos made by his personal guitar heroes: John Petrucci, Kiko Loureiro, Steve Vai, Eric Johnson, etc.
In 2013 he moved to Spain and in 2018 started an instrumental solo project, active up to this day. He also started a hard rock project, along his brother Angel on drums, called Double Attack and a metal project along brazilian bass player Evandro Buoro, venezuelan singer Leonardo Chimienti and his brother on drums, called Migranthree.
He has had the pleasure of collaborating with Past and Secrets, playing a guest solo on the song 'The Day You Turnaround', and with Ramon W. on the song 'Push It 2 the Limit', and with whom a new collaboration is expected in his next album.
He is in continuous learning from his main influences and new modern guitarist that bring a new life and vision to music: Tosin Abasi, Plini, Aaron Marshall (Intervals), Ed Garcia (Vitalism), Misha Mansoor, among many others.
His main goal is to start playing his music live to gain exposure and collaborate with other independent artists, making a living with it.
